The project form asks for your name, company, email address, topic, indicative budget, timing and project description. The consultation form also asks for a preferred meeting time and format, with an optional role.

These details are sent to the VIGOR team by email so we can review your request and respond. The forms do not add you to a marketing subscription.

When you send a chat message, your conversation is sent to OpenRouter and its model provider to generate an answer. Their processing policies apply. Chat history is held in this page’s memory and is cleared by New chat or a page reload; this website does not save chat transcripts to a database. Avoid sharing confidential or sensitive information. AI replies may be inaccurate and do not constitute a quote or booking. If you choose Review & send brief, you can edit your answers and provide contact details before sending them through our enquiry email service. Only the reviewed form details are emailed to the VIGOR team; the full AI conversation is not automatically forwarded.

The website uses an email delivery provider, Resend, to deliver form submissions and consultation messages. Hosting infrastructure processes requests, and the form endpoints use IP-based request limits to reduce abuse.

The site loads typography from Google Fonts. Links to WhatsApp, LinkedIn and other external services take you to those providers, whose own privacy practices apply.

We collect first-party page and conversion counts, page paths, referring website names, campaign labels and a broad mobile/desktop category. Analytics records contain no visitor IDs, IP addresses, names, email addresses or chat text. Campaign attribution is kept in this browser tab’s session storage. We respect the browser’s Do Not Track setting. These counts are stored in our own database; no advertising tag is enabled. Hosting and abuse-prevention logs are separate.
